We collaborated with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) once again, this time on their restoration proposal for the historic Claremont Hotel in Melbourne.
The suggested project is an 11-storey structure with three storeys of retail at the ground level and around 7000sq m of office on the upper seven storeys. The office part’s top storeys would be set back from Toorak Road and the original facade would be restored.
