This mixed-use tower on the Oujiang River, which includes a hotel, residences, and offices, will rise as the highest building in Wenzhou.
With its 75-story tower design, SOM continues to blend function and form in its architectural legacy. It revises the traditional columnar skyscraper with graceful proportions that match the different purposes inside: offices, residences, and a hotel.

The lobby on the ground floor is wrapped in transparent glass and lit up from the inside, creating a lantern-like effect. The space reaches 25 meters high and makes the building stand out on Jingbin Road. Inside the lobby, three floors are supported by columns—a design that emphasizes the striking effect of this tall and radiant space.
